WITH 2,900 MILES ON THE MOTORCYCLE. WHILE IN MOTION, THE REAR BRAKE MAKES A SCRAPING NOISE. LOSS OF BRAKING POWER FROM REAR BRAKE. REMOVED AND INSPECTED BRAKE PADS, CALIPER AND ROTOR. INSIDE BRAKE PAD HAS WORN DOWN TO THE METAL. THE OUTSIDE BRAKE PAD HAS A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF LIFE LEFT. APPEARS THAT ONLY ONE PAD WAS APPLYING PRESSURE.
