TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 PORSCHE 911 CARRERA 4. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE AT A TRAFFIC STOP, THE VEHICLE SURGED FORWARD WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE REPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 500 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 3,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. *TR
