TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 MAZDA 5. WHILE PARKED WITH THE EMERGENCY BRAKE ENGAGED, THE VEHICLE ROLLED AWAY. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A FENCE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED TWICE.
