TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT SMELLED A BURNING ODOR INSIDE THE VEHICLE AND NOTICED THAT THE CONTROL FOR THE REAR POWER WINDOWS MALFUNCTIONED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,000.
