TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 NISSAN MURANO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE HAD ATTEMPTED TO ENTER THE VEHICLE AND A SHARP EDGE PUNCTURED HIS HEAD NEAR THE TOP RIGHT PORTION OF THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO WAS NOT ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,700.
