TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER EVOQUE. WHILE MAKING A LEFT TURN AND DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL, THE VEHICLE DID NOT STOP AND CRASHED INTO A GARAGE DOOR AT A VERY SLOW RATE OF SPEED. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. JAKE KAPLAN'S LAND ROVER (1346 BALD HILL RD, WARWICK, RI) AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 10,300. *DT *AS
