THE VAN IS LESS THAN 3 YEARS OLD BUT HAS WELL OVER 36,000 MILES ON IT, SO IT IS OFF WARRANTY. THE PASSANGER SEAT IS RARELY USED BUT THE AIR BAG LIGHT ON THE PASSANGER SIDE CAME ON INDICATING AIR BAG MAL-FUNCTION. THE DEALER WANTS $350 PLUS POSSIBLE HIGHER CHARGE IF DIFFICULTY ARISES IN REPLACING THE SENSOR. THIS IS REALLY A NON-WEAR ITEM.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2012 GMC Savana Cargo G33405 verdict →
