TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 SUZUKI HYABUSA MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE NOTICED BATTERY ACID DRAINING FROM THE VEHICLE AND UPON FURTHER INSPECTION, FOUND THAT THE BATTERY HAD EXPLODED. THE CONTACT, WHO WAS A CERTIFIED MECHANIC, REPLACED THE RECTIFIER REGULATOR DIODE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED.
