WHEN I TRIED TO PARK MY 2011 ACADIA SLE, THE ACCELERATOR BECAME STUCK CAUSING THE FRONT OF MY CAR TO CRASH INTO A HEALTH CLUB WALL. WHEN I SAW PEOPLE RUNNING INSIDE THE HEALTH CLUB I THOUGHT I HAD ROLLED OVER SOMEONE. SO, I TRIED TO BACK UP AND WHEN I PUT THE CAR IN REVERSE IT SHOT BACKWARDS WITH A ROLLING FORCE AND HIT AN IRON POST. TO KEEP THE WHEELS FROM CONTINUOUSLY ROLLING, I HAD TO SLAM THE GEAR INTO PARK AND TURN THE IGNITION OFF. I BELIEVE THIS ACCIDENT SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FURTHER BEFORE SOMEONE ELSE IS INJURED OR KILLED.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2011 GMC Acadia Limited verdict →
