TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 LEXUS GS470. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKES FAILED WHILE ATTEMPTING TO ENTER A PARKING SPACE. THE VEHICLE COULD NOT BE STOPPED AND TRAVELED OVER THE CURB BEFORE CRASHING INTO A DITCH. THE CONTACT WAS NOT INJURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL BODY REPAIR FACILITY WHERE THE CONTACT WAS AWAITING REPAIRS TO THE BODY DAMAGE OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED TO FOR THE BRAKE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 100,000.

STOPPED SHORT AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT (ABS ENGAGED). PROCEEDED TO IDLE FORWARD TOWARD THE CAR STOPPED IN FRONT OF ME, APPLIED BRAKE PEDAL WHICH WENT STRAIGHT TO THE FLOOR, RESULTING IN A MINOR ACCIDENT AT 5MPH. *TT
