"Service Shifter" alert came on at about 2250 miles and engine light came on about 100 miles later . Dodge service at dealership looked at and could not determine issues, lights did not illuminate in their care. Picked up my car after service and both service shifter and engine lights came back on.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2026 Dodge Durango Pursuit verdict →
