I was pulling into my garage with my foot on the break going very slow, all of a sudden the jeep jumped forward smashing into my garage wall into the family room. Filed a claim with insurance company for both damage to car and damage to home. Claim number for car: 26-01382 Claim number for home: 26-01383

The brake pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle failed to stop. The contact's vehicle rear-ended the vehicle in front of the contact's vehicle and pushed the vehicle into a nearby canal. In addition, the contact's vehicle crashed into the canal. No injuries were sustained. The contact stated that everything happened so fast. The vehicle was towed to a local tow yard. The Enterprise Rental Company was contacted. A Police report was filed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown. VIN unavailable.
