Because Hyundai has not manufactured or supplied the necessary extension cable connecting the new module to the hitch, the remedy is incomplete, and my factory-purchased towing equipment is now entirely inoperable. The Dealer has stated "CAMPAIGN COMPLETE" and has no plans to get the necessary cable.
