Additionally, the vehicle felt like it was about to roll over while driving around a curve. While accelerating or while driving uphill, the vehicle continued to accelerate. The TPMS warning light was illuminated while towing. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer, who informed the contact that the settings needed to be changed to the brakes. The contact needed to engage the parking brake while parking the vehicle. The dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, and confirmed the warranty coverage on the vehicle. The failure mileage was approximately 13,000.
