The following day, an employee from the dealer reached out and informed the contact that no assistance would be provided and that if the rental was not returned, it would be reported as stolen. The contact stated that she was threatened after the employee realized that she had thought about filing a Lemon Law complaint. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
