The contact owns a 2022 Ford Bronco. The contact stated while driving 10 MPH, the vehicle violently pulled to the left and crashed into a guard rail. Additionally, the contact stated that the vehicle made abnormal sounds. No warning lights were illuminated. The contact stated that on the Mobile App, she was notified that the power steering assist had failed, along with other unknown messages. The vehicle was towed to a tow yard and was then towed to a body shop. A Police report was filed. The contact had not sustained any injuries. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to file a complaint with the NHTSA Hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 7,000.
