The contact stated that while her mother was driving into a parking space at an undisclosed speed, the brake pedal was depressed but the vehicle experienced unintended acceleration. The vehicle drove over a field and into oncoming traffic before crashing into another vehicle. No warning light was illuminated. Only the front driver's side air bag was deployed. A police report was filed. The contact's mother later received medical attention for injuries sustained to her ribs, left shoulder, and neck, as well as hearing loss in the left ear. How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2021 Genesis Gv80 Coupe verdict →
