Worst dealership my husband and I ever dealt with. We purchased a 2019 Nissan XD Titan Diesel with warranty. Two days after purchase, the check engine light came on. I called Spencer from the service department to let them know. They took the truck the very next day; it was some issue with the gas tank, so the part was back-ordered. After getting that fixed, the check engine light still never went off. I questioned the dealership; all they could say was it was probably a dirty sensor. Then, not even two weeks later, I was leaving a doctor's appointment on the interstate when it threw up a code for low coolant, saying it was about to go into limp mode. So, I made it to the dealership's service station. They said it was okay and couldn't find anything wrong with it, then told me to just keep driving it until it broke down or delete it if it was them. They said, 'You know, we don't deal with a lot of diesel, so it may need to go to another dealership.' Then, two months went by, and we had more issues. We ended up back at the dealership to find out that it now had an oil leak that was quoted to us as a $14,000 job for parts and labor. We also had extended warranty and powertrain, but Spencer failed to file the warranty claim correctly the first time and filed under the wrong warranty, so they denied it. We had to call management to get them to check why, and the problem was that the service department didn't know how to file the correct warranty claim. After that was submitted, my husband asked Spencer directly and the service department if they did rentals through our warranty. They said they don't give rentals at that dealership. Note that we found out later through our warranty that they did pay, but we weren't given that chance. After picking up the vehicle, the check engine light was still on !!! there’s so much more details to the story!!!!!

Alternator harness is defective in my 2019 Nissan Titan. My truck has stalled on me twice while running and my air conditioner compressor has stopped working and radio is not working properly, and it is draining my battery, there is a delay when starting my vehicle as if it does not have enough power. I replaced the air conditioner compressor and vehicle battery. After replacing the air conditioner compressor it stopped working after two weeks. I can hear the air conditioner struggling when it is turn on, my radio and back up camera stop working all of sudden as if it is not getting enough power, then it will start working again. Radio turns on and off by itself. My vehicle omits a burnt smell from the engine. A research of the issues with my vehicle I located a recall with similar issues (19V495000) that affected 2017-2019 Nissan Titans.

I rented vehicle from Budget rent a car system. The electrical engine computer system components malfunctioned and went out while I was driving. The rental car company sold or destroyed the vehicle upon request. My safety was compromised involving me in a accident. The Nissan Dealerships in Philadelphia & Ohio confirmed several unresolved recalls. The vehicle was inspected by Nissan Dealership after accident on behalf of Budget Rent a Car but Nissan dealership refused to fix recalls on a wrecked vehicle. When rented from airport the vehicle appeared to be fine until electrical issues caused vehicle to become powerless causing wreck.

2019 NISSAN TITAN PRO-4X WHILE DRIVING THE TRUCK, THE BATTERY VOLTAGE WILL DROP BELOW 12 VOLTS (AS LOW AS 11.75 VOLTS). WHEN THE VOLTAGE IS LOW I'VE NOTICED THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS CONSTANTLY 'HUNTING' TO FIND THE RIGHT GEAR. ALSO THE THROTTLE CONTROL BECOMES 'SLUGGISH'. WHEN TRYING TO LIGHTLY ACCELERATE IT WILL NOT GAIN SPEED UNTIL THE TRANSMISSION DOWNSHIFTS HARSHLY. ON A HANDFUL OF OCCASIONS I'VE EXPERIENCED AN ISSUE WHERE I CAN PUSH THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL TO THE FLOOR AND IT WOULD NOT ACCELERATE AT ALL. THE ENGINE RPMS WOULD SLOWLY INCREASE BUT THE TRUCK WOULD CONTINUE TO SLOW DOWN AS IF THE TRANSMISSION WAS NOT FULLY 'ENGAGED'. ONCE EVERY 2-3 USES OF THE TRUCK IT WILL NOT START AND ACTS LIKE THE BATTERY IS DEAD. I JUMP START IT AND THEN IT CRANKS RIGHT AWAY. I'VE LOAD TESTED THE BATTERY AND IT IS STILL IN GOOD CONDITION. THE PROBLEM WAS INTERMITTENT FOR THE FIRST YEAR OF OWNERSHIP BUT NOW IS A CONSISTENT PROBLEM. I'VE HAD TO BUY A PORTABLE BATTERY JUMP STARTER TO KEEP IN THE TRUCK BECAUSE I KEEP GETTING STRANDED. THIS IS ALSO A POSSIBLE SAFETY ISSUE BECAUSE THE ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO OPERATE ABOVE 12 VOLTS. WHEN THE VOLTAGE DROPS BELOW 12 VOLTS THEN IT IS POSSIBLE TO RENDER SOME OF THE VEHICLE CONTROL SYSTEMS (INCLUDING SAFETY SYSTEMS) INOPERABLE WHICH COULD POSSIBLY RESULT IN A CRASH CAUSING INJURY AND/OR DEATH. I AM A CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEER AND HAVE OVER 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL CONTROLS.

MY 2019 NISSAN TITAN, WITH ONLY 6500 MILES, HAS TWICE FAILED TO SHIFT FROM LOWER GEAR WHEN PULLING AWAY FROM A STOPLIGHT OR STOP SIGN CAUSING ME TO HAVE TO PULL OUT OF TRAFFIC ON A CITY STREET. EVENTUALLY, IT SHIFTED AS NORMAL. THE ELECTRICAL ISSUE IS MORE PERPLEXING. WITHOUT HAVING THE IGNITION KEY IN EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE PROXIMITY TO, AND WITH THE VEHICLE STATIONARY AND NOT RUNNING, THE VEHICLE RADIO BEGINS PLAYING.

NISSAN CONNECT SYSTEM CONSTANTLY RESETS OR REBOOTS, APPLE CARPLAY WORKS INTERMITTENTLY AND RADIO TURNS ON AND OFF, BY ITSELF, CONSTANTLY, WHETHER CAR IS RUNNING OR NOT. MOST TIMES THE RADIO COMES ON BY MERELY APPROACHING THE TRUCK WITH THE FOB ON MY PERSON OR WHEN SIMPLY OPENING THE DOOR. WHEN IT COMES OUT ON UNEXPECTEDLY, IT STARTLES EVERYONE ON BOARD DUE THE VERY LOUD VOLUME, AND CAUSES THE ELDERLY DRIVER TO GRAB THE STEERING WHEEL TIGHTLY AND SLAM THE BRAKES WHEN DRIVING. THERE'S NO WAY TO TURN IT OFF UNTIL IT GOES OFF BY ITSELF, SOMETIMES AS LONG AS 2 MINUTES. OTHER TIMES, AND WITH THE SAME SCENARIOS ABOVE THE RADIO AGAIN ON ITS OWN, COMES ON EXTREMELY LOUD WITH A SCREECHING NOISE AS IF CURRENT IS BEING DISCHARGED FROM A HIGH VOLTAGE CAPACITOR AND AGAIN STARTLES THE DRIVER. OF COURSE, ACCORDING TO LEGACY NISSAN IN LONDON, KY, SAYS MERELY, THAT THERE'S NO RECALL CONCERNING MY COMPLAINT.
