There is no spare tire and during our drive to Las Vegas the run flat tires blew out and the tire ripped off the rim. We couldn't even travel one mile on the run flat tires. We were stuck in the hot desert for over 2 1/2 hours before the towing car came. Mercedes did not let us know that due to run flat tires there was no spare tire but unfortunately the run flats don't work and cannot be driven not even 1 mile. Our lives were in danger and thank God we had water in the 100 degree heat in the desert.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2019 Mercedes-benz E-class Wagon verdict →
