The contact stated he was unable to steer the vehicle. Additionally, the vehicle failed to respond while depressing the brake pedal and hit a road sign. The air bags did not deploy. The contact stated that he turned off and restarted the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The vehicle was then towed to an auto body repair shop. The contact sustained bruises and soreness on the right hand, but did not seek medical assistance. A police report was filed. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. I was in a "at fault" accident in Sept 2020 in my new car because the instrument panel failed to stay on started glitching while on the freeway hit tire in the road. Car insurance went up because of the points against my record. The Chrysler Corp has a recall on the same make and model but not my VIN number. My car is experiencing the same problems as the recall. I need the insurance company to remove the points and sue Chrysler for this accident that was very dangerous. I have videos of the car still glitching while Im driving for a few seconds to a few minutes at a time. Driving at night with the instrument panel glitching is very dangerous and I need help.
