On 10-31-2022 my Chevy app sent email that my vehicle was experiencing starter engine issues and that my vehicle could not start. Except my vehicle was starting and being driven at the time. Shortly after that my vehicle gave notification by dashboard that my steering assist was reduced and to drive carefully but I am not aware of having that feature or how it was reduced in the first place. On 11-1-2022 my vehicle was being reversed into parking and the camera view displayed the scene as if my course was clear but I was not and the vehicle collided with a pole. I’m not sure how this is even possible but I no longer feel this vehicle is safe for me and my family.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2019 Chevrolet Traverse verdict →
