I WAS AT A RED LIGHT. WHEN IT TURNED GREEN THE CARS BEGAN TO MOVE BUT THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME STOPPED AGAIN. I APPLIED THE BREAK IMMEDIATELY BUT HE CAR DID NOT STOP SO I HIT THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME.
