TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 LEXUS LX570. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V887000 (AIR BAGS, SEAT BELTS). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR AS THE RECALL NOTICE WAS RECEIVED OVER A YEAR AGO. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS UNABLE TO CONFIRM WHEN THE PARTS WERE TO BECOME AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE. *AS THE CONSUMER STATED THE RECALL WORK WAS PERFORMED ON AUGUST 19, 2019. *TR

STILL WAITING FOR FIX TO FAULTY PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG FIX DUE FEBRUARY 2019. IT IS NOW ALMOST MAY 2018. PLEASE GET THEM TO MOVE OR GIVE US A NEW CAR WITHOUT THE PROBLEM!
