WHEN MY WIFE USES A SEAT PILLOW FOR BACK PAIN ON THE NEW CAR THE LIGHT THAT THE AIR BAG IS NOT ENABLED COMES ON. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DID NOT HAPPEN WITH A PREVIOUS HYUNDAI. I WAS TOLD BY THE SELLER'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT THAT THIS IS NORMAL. IT IS REPEATEDLY HAPPENING WHEN THE PILLOW IS IN USE.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2018 Hyundai Accent 5 verdict →
