I HYDROPLANED ON THE INTERSTATE GOING 60 AND HIT A GUARDRAIL TWICE. THE AIRBAGS NEVER WENT OFF, THE SEAT BELT RETRACTED BACK INTO PLACE AFTER TAKING IT OFF. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FLOPPY IF IT WAS EFFECTIVE.
