POSSIBLE HOOD LATCH AND SAFETY CATCH FAILURE WHILE VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH ON A PAVED COUNTY ROAD. HOOD OPENED SMASHING THE WINDSHIELD AND PART OF ROOF CAUSING GLASS TO COME IN ON DRIVER.
