The contact owns a 2017 Lexus IS350. The contact stated while exiting a parking lot, the traction control warning light illuminated, and the contact lost control of the vehicle. The contact was able to continue driving to his residence. The contact took the vehicle to an unknown local dealer for maintenance service and made them aware of the failure. The dealer was unable to deactivate the traction control feature. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
