TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 HYUNDAI AZERA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR SEATS WERE LOOSE AND UNSTABLE. THERE WAS NO WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CARMAX (2501 POWELL AVE, NASHVILLE, TN 37204, (615) 269-3703) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE BRACKETS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000.
