I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT THE BRAKES ON MY 2017 CHEVROLET SS. THE CAR IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND EXPERIENCES VERY ANNOYING BRAKE SQUEAL WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES. I HAVE TALKED DIRECTLY WITH CHEVROLET TO NO AVAIL. I HAVE ALSO EMAILED THE BRAKE MANUFACTURER, BREMBO BRAKES, WITH NO RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT. I FEEL THAT THE MANUFACTURER SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS ISSUE, BUT GM AND THE DEALER SAY IT IS A MAINTENANCE ISSUE, EVEN THOUGH MY VEHICLE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2017 Chevrolet Ss verdict →
