Water is getting into my trunk where the amp is and now my radio does not work only the back up camera. I cannot control the AC or turn on the air conditioner. Or is that how I would like it to blow

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CADILLAC CT6. DUE TO THE CHANGES IN THE WEATHER, THE REAR WINDOW HAD A MARBLEIZED HAZE COVER, WHICH MADE VISIBILITY OUT OF THE WINDOW EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SCHOOLEY CADILLAC (2101 45TH ST, WEST PALM BEACH, FL), BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT NO SOLUTION WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 0. *TT VEHICLE PURCHASE DATE SHOULD BE ON OR BEFORE INCIDENT DATE. *JB
