THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DUTCH MILLER KIA OF CHARLESTON (335 MACCORKLE AVE SW, SOUTH CHARLESTON, WV 25303, (855) 739-5369) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE REAR BRAKE PADS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,000. *TT CONSUMER STATED REAR BRAKE CALIPERS FAILED.*JB
