DROPPED MY CAR OFF FOR OIL CHANGE AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. MILLENNIUM HONDA SERVICE CRASHED MY CAR AND CAUSED OBVIOUS DAMAGE TO THE FRONT END OF MY CAR . PLASTIC UNDERCARRIAGE PIECES ARE FLYING OFF AS I AM DRIVING . DEALERSHIP IS NEGLECTING TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY AND FIX MY REPAIRS, WHICH THEY OBVIOUS CAUSED . AFTER ENDLESS PHONE CALLS , TALKING TO EVER MANAGER I CAN, NOTHING IS DONE. I ASKED FOR PICS OR VIDEO OF MY CAR WHILE IN THEIR POSSESSION BUT THE SERVICE MANAGER, GREG ANDREWS GAVE ME EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK WHENEVER I ASKED HIM FOR THE FOOTAGE .

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2016 Honda Accord verdict →
