HEADLIGHT BEAM SHAKES CONSTANTLY WHILE DRIVING AT NIGHT. DEALER ADDRESSED ISSUE SEVERAL TIMES WITH NOTHING BEING ACCOMPLISHED AS THE LIGHTS HAVE CONTINUED TO SHAKE. HEADLIGHT BEAMS SHAKING IS VERY DISTRACTING DURING NIGHT DRIVING AND THE SHAKING IS QUITE UNSAFE AS YOU CANNOT MAINTAIN A CONSISTENT, UNDISTURBED BEAM OF LIGHT IN FRONT OF THE VEHICLE AT TIMES WHEN SAME IS ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY.

THESE HEADLIGHTS ARE HORRIBLE. VERY HARD TO SEE ON A WET DARK NIGHT, COMPARED TO THE 2009 GMC SIERRA 2500. COMPLAINED TO THE DEALER, FOUND A TSB FOR COMPUTER REFLASH TO TURN UP THE VOLTAGE TO THE BULB. MILD DIFFERENCE, BUT STILL NOT VERY GOOD FOR A $50K VEHICLE.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your
pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the
