THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TOWED. THE CONTACT STATED AS THE FRONT SEAT PASSENGER SHE HIT THE DASHBOARD AND SUSTAINED INJURIES TO HER LEFT SIDE, SPECIFICALLY LEFT ARM, SHOULDER, AND JAW AREA. NO MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS NEEDED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT SEAT BELTS NO LONGER LATCHES DUE TO THE COLLISION.
