1) I have a 2016 Ford Mustang. Within first 5k miles the reverse camera did not operate intermittently. Was told by dealer that no fix was available in 2016. The car is driven summer months only. As years went on I had same defect. They didn’t have a loaner available or I would have to rent a car myself for them to service the said defect. I left it at dealer a few times afterwards then they said they could not duplicate defect. Now they are charging it against my extended warranty and wanted me to pay deductible. I argued with service manager and deductible was waived. Here we are 2021 and defect still remains. Vehicle currently had 23k miles. 2) Also, had to buy new tires already. The Pirelli P-zero tires had major sidewall cracking. 3) Hood of vehicle has corrosion. Contacted Ford corporate with claim. Vehicle is out of warranty as of January 2021. They will make partial payment but not all.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2016 Ford Mustang Gt350r verdict →
