MY STEERING CONTROLS DO NOT WORK. THE STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS DONT WORK AND CRUISE CONTROL DOES NOT WORK. THE CONTROLS FOR THE SPEEDOMETER FOR DIGITAL USE DO NOT WORK. THERE IS ONLY 36000 MILES ON THE CAR AND THE PART TO FIX IS UNAVAILABLE. THE QUESTION IS WHY NO RECALL WHEN U CANT ORDER THE PART SO OBVIOUSLY EVERYONE IS HAVING AN ISSUE AND THIS NOT WORKING COULD HAVE PREVENTED 2 ACCIDENTS THAT HAVE OCCURRED HAD THE HORN WORKED LIKE IT SHOULD.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2016 Chrysler Town And Country verdict →
