TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 CHEVROLET COBALT. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS UNDERGOING A STATE INSPECTION, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS A FUEL LEAK. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE SINCE BEING NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE DEALER DID NOT DIAGNOSE OR REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 200,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
