WHEN THE VEHICLE'S PARKING MECHANISM IS ENGAGED, THE VEHICLE ROLLS SEVERAL FEET BEFORE COMING TO A COMPLETE STOP; THEREBY ENDANGERING ANYONE IN, NEAR, OR AROUND THE VEHICLE AT THAT TIME FROM GETTING RUN OVER OR, SERIOUSLY INJURED BY THE MOVING VEHICLE.
