TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 MAZDA CX-9. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE DRIVER SIDE MIRROR VIBRATED CAUSING THE CONTACT'S VISION TO BECOME DISTORTED THROUGH THE MIRROR. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO IDENTIFY THE OBJECTS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000.
