He told me that I could bring my car in on Monday. I have to work and need the issue resolved. I will be contacting an attorney on this.

THE FIRST FOUR INSTANCES I WAS TRAVELING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH ON A HIGHWAY, AND THE LAST INSTANCE I WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 40 MPH ON A COUNTY ROAD. IN ALL INSTANCES I COULD HEAR THE DOOR BECOME UNLATCHED, MY DASH INDICATOR INFORMED ME THE DOOR WAS AJAR, MY DOME LIGHT CAME ON AND MY WINDOW WOULD GO UP AND DOWN.
