TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD F-550 SD. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE LOST COMPRESSION TO THE ENGINE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE FAST ENOUGH TO ENTER THE HIGHWAY. IN ADDITION, THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,400.

THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOUR TIMES, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE FAILURE ALSO OCCURRED WHILE IN DRIVE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000.
