TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE CHALLENGER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND CAUSED THE CONTACT TO CRASH INTO A CURB. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHERE IT WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE REPAIRED PARTS WERE UNKNOWN. WHEN THE CONTACT RETRIEVED THE VEHICLE, THE FAILURE RECURRED INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED BACK TO THE DEALER. IN ADDITION, THE BRAKES FAILED TO RESPOND. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE COULD NO LONGER BE DRIVEN DUE TO THE FAILURE BECOMING WORSE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 13,000.
