AS THE SPACE WAS ENTERED AND DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO STOP CAR, THE CAR ACCELERATED AND CONTINUED THROUGH THE END OF THE PARKING SPACE, WENT OVER THE GRASS DIVIDER, DOWN A HILL AND HIT A PARKED CAR.
