WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY, I HEARD A POP LIKE A SHOTGUN SOUND. I LOOKED AROUND AND THEN IN THE REAR VIEW MIRROR TO SEE SHARDS OF GLASS FLYING OFF MY CAR. I PULLED OFF THE ROAD TO INVESTIGATE AND SAW THAT THE FIRST PANEL OF THE SUNROOF EXPLODED FROM THE INSIDE OUT. I REMOVED THE GLASS I COULD TO PREVENT IT FROM BLOWING ONTO OTHER CARS AND THE HIGHWAY THEN CONTINUED TO MY HOME AND HAVE SINCE PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY TO DETERMINE HOW TO REPAIR. *DSY

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your
pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the
