TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 NISSAN MURANO. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 3 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO PARK THE VEHICLE, IT SUDDENLY EXPERIENCED UNINTENDED ACCELERATION WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A METAL RAIL. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNAVAILABLE.
