THE CAR WAS SITTING IN THE DRIVEWAY AND AN EIGHT INCH CRACKED DEVELOPED. THERE WERE NOT ANY CHIPS IN THE WINDSHIELD AND IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS A STRESS CRACK. WAS NOT VERY HAPPY. WHEN INVESTIGATING I LEARNED THAT THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. IT SEEMS LIKE MAZDA SHOULD ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM TO KEEPS BUYERS COMING BACK.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2014 Mazda Mazda5 verdict →
