The contact owns a 2014 Jaguar XJ. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the low coolant warning light would appear on the instrument panel. The contact stated that she had initially taken the vehicle to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed with a coolant leak. Despite the repair, the failure immediately recurred. The vehicle was next taken to a dealer where the damaged coolant hose was replaced. Several other unknown repairs were performed on the vehicle; however, the failure returned soon after the repairs. The contact then took the vehicle to two other independent mechanics where they both confirmed the coolant leak failure; however, the failure remained after each repair. The manufacturer had yet to be notified of the failure. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.
