TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 HYUNDAI AZERA. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN REVERSE, THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE WHEEL GUARD ASSEMBLY FRACTURED AND SEPARATED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WHEEL GUARD ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED TWICE. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE WHEEL GUARD ASSEMBLY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 21,200.
