I'm being persecuted by Ford Motor. I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus SE Jan. 26th 2018 from Rocco Degregorio at 6701 Essington Ave. told no recalls or safety issues.The car was brought back next day, driving improperly. Many problems found, was told all fixed.The car malfunctioned April 23rd 2018 accelerating forward disabling me for life! UNINTENDED ACCELERATION. Former attorneys, Rosenbaum &Associates mishandled my case, filed suit in 2020. Honorable Judge New gave me a stay. I'm representing myself for justice, in severe pain & more needed surgery.I have documents to prove all I say. How can I face trial alone?! I suffer physically, emotionally,financially going without medical supplies, medication. I pay $209.97 a mo.for a car that almost killed me, sits at auto collision where malfunction codes were obtained since 2018 to date, its evidence. A state investor detective said its the worse case of auto fraud she ever saw. Ford is blaming 3rd party suppliers for the defects on the suit. Jan.26th 2018 I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus SE from Pacifico Ford. I was told by salesman No Recalls and No safety Issues. The car was on the lot with new inspection stickers. I was given a clean car fax. I was deceived. The car was returned the next day for driving improperly. It gave too much gas or not enough, was shuddering and sticking, steering issues, drifted to the right, and steering wheel had to be crooked to park to adjust the wheels, and car had a burn smell. Ford found transmission problem, engine leaking oil, clutch problem, cpu issues, failed road test and leaky seals. A week later, I was told all was fixed as new. April 23rd 2018 the car malfunctioned disabling me for life. While I was parking, the car accelerated forward, slammed into a barrier, roared up in the air, slammed down a slope and into a tree. Malfunction codes from an auto collision center were it was towed were achieved, one of which is an acceleration malfunction code. No air bags deployed, no warning. I found out after the malfunction there were many safety issues and recalls that I was not told of day of sale. Ford, a once trusted company, disabled me for life.

CAR EMITS LOUD (HURTING MY EARS) STATIC AND CRACKLING SOUNDS AT THE SPEAKERS HIGHEST VOLUME. THIS HAPPENS WHEN DRIVING AND EVEN WHEN THE KEY IS NOT IN THE IGNITION CAUSING BATTERY DRAINAGE. THE SOUND IS TERRIFYING AND WHEN IT RANDOMLY HAPPENS DRIVING IS STARTLING ENOUGH TO CREATE A JERK REACTION/JUMP THAT COULD EASILY CAUSE A DISTRACTION OR AN ACCIDENT AS A DIRECT RESULT. IT IS NOT JUST STATIC - IT IS SO FRIGHTENING AN LOUD ON MY EARS THAT MY EARS RING FOR A LONG TIME AFTER DRIVING AND I FEEL LIKE THE CAR IS PRETTY MUCH UNDRIVABLE WITHOUT EARPLUGS. NEARBY DRIVERS CAN EVEN HEAR IT WITH MY WINDOWS ALL UP. IT HAS BEEN MAKING POPPING SOUNDS FOR YEARS THAT ARE ALSO TERRIFYING, BUT NOW IT;S SO MUCH WORSE AND HAPPENS EVERYTIME I USE THE CAR. F I WERE TO PULL THE FUSE AND JUST NOT HAVE A RADIO, FORD TELLS ME IT WILL PREVENT ME FROM USING TEMPERATURE CONTROLS AND DOOR LOCKS. FORD SAYS WITHOUT LOOKING AT IT THAT IT WILL COST ME 1100 FOR EACH PART DISFUNCTIONING WHICH IS EITHER THE APIM OR THE AUDIO CONTROL MODULE OR BOTH BUT OF COURSE THEY WILL HAVE TO CHARGE ME TO FIGURE OUT WHICH PARTS NEED REPLACING. TAKATA RECALL AMONGST THE KNOWN RECALLS, IS A LOT OF UNSAID ISSUES WITH THIS VEHICLE. IT STARTED WITH THE TCM. WHEN I HAD THE DEALER FIX IT, THE CODES WERE SHOWING OK BUT THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO DISPLAY THE SAME ISSUES WHEN TRYING TO ACCELERATE. FOR SOME REASON WHEN DRIVING, IT SEEMS AS IF I'M DRIVING A MANUAL VEHICLE INSTEAD OF A AUTOMATIC. THE CLUTCH IS GIVING ME PROBLEMS. IT TEND TO GET STUCK IN THE HILL ASSIST MODE. A FEW WEEKS AGO MY CAR JUST DIED. IT SEEMED TO BE THE BATTERY. WHEN REPLACED IT WAS OK FOR A DAY OR SO. I HAD IT CHECKED TO SEE IF MY ALTERNATOR WAS BAD. IT BOTH PLACES STAYED IT WAS FINE. PERIODICALLY IT WOULD STOP. IT DIDN'T SEEM LIKE THERE WHERE ANY DETERMINING FACTORS ON WHEN (LIKE COLD OR HOT WEATHER). SO I DROVE IT LESS. ONE DAY WHEN DRIVING, GOING 46 MPH, IT JUST SHUT DOWN. THE SCREEN SHOWED 'NOT IN PARK', STARTING SYSTEM FAULT AND IT WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO PLACE THE VEHICLE IN NEUTRAL. IT THEN BEGAN TO START AND STOP WHENEVER. THE GROUNDS WERE CHECKED, THE STARTER, THE ALTERNATOR, THE FUSE AND ORHERS. MY HORN WOULD SOMETIMES GO OUT FOR DAYS, UP TO WEEKS. WHEN TRYING TO START THE CAR, IT WOULD EVENTUALLY FLASH 'NORMAL MODE'. IT'S SO MANY THINGS GOING ON HERE! I FEAR ALL THE TIME WITH THIS CAR. WHEN THE TCM STARTED ACTING UP, IT STOPPED WHILE DRIVING TOO. I'M A MOTHER OF 5, I'VE HAS THIS CAR FOR 4 YEARS AS FOR THE PAST 2YRS I'VE BEEN LIVING IN FEAR OF MY CHILDREN AND I DYING IN THIS CAR. I'VE SPENT MORE MONEY BUYING RENTALS AND HAVING OTHERS ASSIST WITH TRANSPORTATION WHEN THIS CAR ACTS UP, I COULD'VE PAID HALF OF MY LAST 2YRS OFF. THIS IS NOT FAIR BECAUSE EVERYONE DOESN'T HAVE THE ABILITY TO JUST GET UP A GO TRADE IN A CAR OR WALK AWAY. I'VE BEEN HAVING DIFFERENT PROBLEMS FOR OVER 2 YRS NOW BUT WHEN IT SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY, IT WAS IN THE BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER 2018 (THIS MONTH) IT GOT WORST AND I HAD IT TOWED TO THE DEALER.

HELLO, TODAY I GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT. I HYDROPLANED AND WENT INTO A GUIDE RAIL ON THE INTERSTATE GOING ABOUT 50MPH. MY FRIEND AND I ARE HAVING MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH OUR BACKS AND NECKS AND MY AIRBAGS DIDN'T DEPLOY. THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME I'VE GOTTEN INTO ACCIDENT AND THEY DIDN'T DEPLOY. THE FIRST TIME WASN'T LIFE THREATENING BUT THIS ONE WAS. I DON'T HAVE ANY RECOLLECTION OF THE ACCIDENT AND I AM NOT ABLE TO REMEMBER MUCH OF YESTERDAY EITHER. TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2014 FORD FOCUS. WHILE EXITING THE HIGHWAY APPROACHING AN EXIT RAMP, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER WENT COMPLETELY BLANK AND THERE WAS A SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER. THE BRAKES WERE DIFFICULT TO APPLY AND THE CONTACT CROSSED OVER FOUR LANES OF TRAFFIC AND STRUCK A MEDIAN. NONE OF THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED AND DIAGNOSED BY A DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A YARD AND DEEMED DESTROYED DUE TO THE FAILURES. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED MINOR BRUISING THAT DID NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE CRASH AFTER IT HAPPENED. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE NOT AVAILABLE.

DUAL CLUTCH AND ELECTRICAL WIRING HARNESS SHIFTED TRANSMISSION IN DRIVE WHEN I WAS IN PARK RESULTING THE CAR WRECKING INTO MY GARAGE. CANISTER PURGE VALVE STUCK OPEN RESULTING IN LOW FUEL PRESSURE CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO STALL WHEN DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY. SEVERAL OCCASIONS THE CAR GAVE ME INACCURATE GAS MILEAGE MILES TO EMPTY CAUSING ME TO BECOME STRANDED.TRANSMISSION SHUTTER WHEN THE VEHICLE IS OFF BUT YOU OPEN A DOOR OR TURN ON A LIGHT. TRUNK CAME OPEN WHILE I WAS IN THE CAR WASH. ANOTHER NCIDENT ALMOST CAUSING ME TO WRECK WHEN I WSS BRAKING THE CAR ACCELERATED. DEATH TRAP!

MY TRANSMISSION WILL SLIP OUT OF GEARS LOSE POWER WHILE ACCELERATING AND STOPS COMPLETELY WHEN THAT HAPPENS DEALERSHIP REPLACES TCM TWICE AND CLUTCH ONCE BUT THE JERKING GEARS SLIPPING OUT AND SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER HAS NEVER BEEN RESOLVED ALSO MY A/C LINES HAVE HAD HOLES RUBBED INTO THEM FROM SERPENTINE BELT ANOTHER PROBLEM IS ELECTRICAL THE SYNC AND RADIO STOPPED WORKING AT 30000 MILES WAS FIXED UNDER WARRENTY AND STOPPED WORKING AGAIN AT 70000 MILES TOLD NOT UNDER WARRENTY ANY MORE IT IS VERY DANGEROUS BECAUSE OUT OF NOWHERE THE SPEAKERS WILL CRACK AT FULL VOLUME STARTLING DRIVER. ANOTHER PROBLEM AT 40000 MILES A CAR PULLES INTO MY PATH CAUSING ME TO SLAM INTO THE SIDE OF THERE CAR AT 45 MPH WITH NO TIME TO STOP MY AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY CAUSING ME TO SMASH FACE OF WINDSHIELD AND SEAT BELT WAS FASTENED TOLD DEALERSHIP ABOUT THIS THEY SAID THE CAR HAS A SMART AIRBAG THAT CALCULATES THE RATE OF DECELERATION OF WHEN TO DEPLOY AIRBAGS NOT SURE HOW 45 MPH TO 0MPH IS NOT ENOUGH DECELERATION.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND TOLD THE CONTACT THAT THERE MUST BE FAULTY WIRING AT THE RESIDENCE. AN ELECTRICIAN WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THE WIRING WAS NOT FAULTY. THE OUTLET WAS REPLACED, HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED ON TWO OTHER OCCASIONS WHERE THE OUTLET MELTED AND WAS REPLACED. THE FAILURE ALSO OCCURRED AT THE CONTACT'S OFFICE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CHARGING PLUG WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, BUT IT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED DUE TO NOT BEING AUTHORIZED BY THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT TO REMEDY THE RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED TWO BLACK EYES AND CURRENTLY HAS AN UMBILICAL HERNIA. THE CONTACT DID NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,000.
