TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1986 GRUMMAN LONGLIFE (NA). WHILE EXITING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT CLOSED THE DOOR AND HIS MIDDLE FINGER WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE SLIDING DOOR AND THE DOOR FRAME. AS A RESULT, 1/3 OF THE CONTACT'S FINGER WAS AMPUTATED. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS REQUIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS OUT OF BUSINESS AND COULD NOT BE NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS INVALID.
